There's no getting around that tremendous weapon of his, is there? I've seen a couple of episodes of this nonsense, it was rehashed Cowboy serial where they changed some of the costumes and little else.

I saw this serial when i was a teenager in the 1960s, and it wasn't bad, cheesy as it was. Everything was "radium" this and "radium" that, as though radium powered everything. They even had a "Radium Reviving Ray". The serial even contained some critique of 1930s American society in the final episode when the queen of the underground civilization chose to stay behind and die with the citizens rather than join "your mad world" topside, as shown in a fast montage of crash scenes, etc.
