Somewhere there's a toddler on the floor crying his eyes out! FT

I wish to reassure everyone that no toddlers were harmed during the making of this photograph. I used an adult :>

Great shot and a lovely angle, both on the shot and the idea.

Freefall and Randy - thank you.

Heaven's Gate - glad you like it (and that it didn't make you think of crushed toddlers!)

Alan - thanks. Tomorrow: the Slide of Doom ;-)

Although, that was often the last thing I saw before hitting the deck as a child..!

I love the blur motion on that swing

I like this shot. It is one helluva action shot. I have been trying to take some shots of swing myself but with limited sucess till this one. Here is another one with the swing at complete rest.

Thanks everyone. @Picturejockey - that's a nice-looking swing in your pictures. The one in mine was a rather dull swing made of some sort of rubbery black plastic. The shot wasn't difficult. I set the camera to Av then experimented with different shutter speeds to see which produced the most interesting motion blur shapes. I took about 10 shots in all and liked this one best.
