Fresh Egg Fried Rice is a yummy breakfast!

For breakfast/lunch, I made some light fried rice.

 

I just quickly scrambled two eggs (cage free, yo!) in a bit of wok oil, then tossed in the leftover white rice from last night's takeout.

 

A little japanese furikake (chicken and egg flavor) went into the pan for a light flavored seasoning and quickly stir fried this.

 

I poured it back into the takeout box because I'm a goob. Oh, and some sliced spring onion on top makes it good!
