best grilled squash

10 minutes from garden to grill --

a little olive oil, garden herb mix, a pinch of salt

 

I like to make the grill very hot -- about 500 degrees and really sear the squash but leave it a little crunchy. This became unbelivably sweet when cooked, though the kids can't get into it.
