    I don't see the humor in worker safety that this picture shows. My brother Bill Rhynalds (Bud) was killed last year when a tree hit him while working to set cones up on a flooded road. I guess I still miss him so much that photos like this kinda tick me off.

    Thanks for your comment. We also mourn the loss of Bill Rhynalds and understand where you’re coming from. We don’t mean to offend – this photo was taken to show our employees’ enthusiasm for worker safety and to help raise awareness in different way. Fun events and wacky photos catch people’s attention, and are just one more tool we can use to help people recognize the importance of work zone safety.
