Chicken Tagine with Sweet Potatoes & Prunes

Chicken thighs braised in saffron broth with soft onions, prunes, and Japanese sweet potatoes (satsumaimo). The tagine is very gently spiced with cinnamon, star anise, bay leaf, aleppo pepper, and honey.
