Coffee-Toffee Celebration Cake

Two layers of buttermilk cake with toffee topping. That's an understatement. It's coffee flavoured toffee with toasty hazelnuts and coconut all brought together with a touch of fleur de sel. Simple to make yet impressive to serve. It's for celebration alright!
