Miso Tahini Eggplant Dip with Sembei

A Japanese take on baba ganoush. Roasted eggplants are seasoned with tahini, red miso, lemon zest, lemon juice, and toasted sesame oil. Garnish with black sesame seeds and green onion on soy sauce glazed rice crackers.
