365.214: Cowboy steak
After eating a stunningly delicious rib of beef at the Hope and Anchor in London, Jeremy and I knew we had to try cooking something like that for ourselves. So our second meal from the grill was a MASSIVE forerib of beef, well-marbled with fat and seasoned generously with salt and pepper. We undercooked it slightly, but it was still delicious. Like, *really* delicious.
