Lace covered tree

    Newer Older

It took a bit of planning, it went rather quickly once I got going. I was inspired by a tree I saw at the Toronto Zoo a couple of years ago.

This is absolutely fabulous! I would find it hard to part with all the lace, but still, it is worth it, Ithink! Imagine felted tree........

      Thanks again everyone!!
Monattka, it really wasn't that tough parting with this lace...... I thrifted all of it and I didn't have a personal attachment to any of it. Sadly this type of crochet is considered old fashioned and people just throw it away.....it's very inexpensive to buy at thrift sores and garage sales.
I have an interesting idea for the fall....... can't wait!!
