WILD MUSHROOM WITH WILD ICELANDIC SHRIMP PIZZA
A friend of mine had picked some wild mushroons in the Edmonton Alberta area and gave me some. I made a pizza using some of these assorted wild mushrooms along with a handful of wild Icelandic shrimp. I used an Italian thin crust flat bread as a crust, a mix of Mozzarella, Monterey Jack, Provolone, Chedder and Edam for cheese topping. It was delicious having disappeared down our throats moments after this pic was taken.
