World Veterinary Year Photo Competition

As part of World Veterinary Year 2011 the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) and the European Commission have jointly launched a global search for five winning photos that speak of the importance of "Vets in your daily life".

Somenath Mukhopadhyay from India representing the region Asia/Pacific won the overall prize.

Bojia Endebu Duguma from Ethiopia won the OIE Special Prize.
