Eco-Bun Henrietta knows a grand way to reuse packing material

    Newer Older

We've been getting "tasting boxes" from Foodzie.com for a while now. Foodzie is a site which sells artisan food from small-scale producers across the US. The tasting boxes are a sampling of their vendors products.
They pack of the delicious things in the box with tissue paper and then fill out any empty space with shredded plain brown paper.
I reuse the boxes (they're the perfect size for sending a set of wooden blocks) and the tissue paper (I wrap my chopsticks in them before mailing) and now the rabbits have taken to making some use of the shredded paper.
    Waste not, want not, Henrietta?

I should add that the litter box contents are then thrown on the compost pile when the bunnies are *ahem* through with them
