Video Village

There's always an area near the set where the script supervisor, producers, director, and writers sit. There are monitors from all the cameras (in this case, two cameras) so they can see what's happening in the shot without getting in the way.


One of the really cool things I saw for the first time on Criminal Minds, that reminded me of how much things have changed in the last decade, was a photo printer attached to the monitors. The script supervisor (who is responsible for continuity) can grab any frame she wants and print it out for a reference.
