Whitley Bay Classic Car Show 2016
The Whitley Bay Classic Car show was held for the first time in 2014 with event participants increasing year on year. Last year more than 300 vehicles attended the gathering. As well as classic cars, a small number of preserved local buses are invited along to the event and run a shuttle service along the coast of Tynemouth. Highlights this year included the Infiniti Newcastle display which featured a Renault Sport F1 car along with an early Micra, Bluebird and production Qashqai to celebrate Nissan Sunderland's 30th anniversary.
