Anyone here know what the word "SACRIFICE" means?

Michelle Obama thinks she has made a sacrifice to travel to Copenhagen to pitch for her cronies in Chicago for the Olympics.
Ohhh myyy that woman is full of herself...LOL

In her speech in Copenhagen today, First Lady Michelle Obama said her trip to Denmark, along with the travel of her "dear friend" and "chit-chat buddy" Oprah Winfrey, as well as tomorrow's visit by President Obama, is a "sacrifice" on behalf of the children of Chicago and the United States.

Camlin, I don't know the exact amount, but I think it costs far less than daily expenses in Iraq war. This bid, if successful, is actually gonna boost the economy when the games start in 2016 or whenever it's starting. In other words, it has the potential to pay for the expenses used to secure the whole thing. I see this as a wiser way to use money than using it to fight in Iraq.

Hey mr. Moses, which direction are you looking in? :D Big respect to him, one of the best athletes of all times.
  • Karlen. 6y

Bon Royale, this trip is not about Olympic Games. It's all about Valerie Jarrett and her connections with businesses in Chicago area.
Follow the money and you'll see that.

Obama goes to IOC, bashes USA, and previous admin because, as he said, it's all about him and his election, and then expect people say YES to US.
I want Olympic games in US but not this way.
You don't bash your family at your neighbour's house.

She definitely looks like she is sacrificing a lot!

I didn't think I could meet Nadia Comaneci here.
