Postcard from Nurse Margaret Ripley in St Omer to her mother, sent 19 June 1915
Sent by a nurse, Margaret Ripley, to her mother back in England.
As far as I can tell (corrections and additions welcome) this reads:
Many thanks for P.C. received today. So sorry about F[?]. Still the same here only very cold wind waiting for 5pm to be off all together tired of doing nothing. Hope my letters arrive safely shall not write so much later notice I am numbering them now so you can see if you get all. How long do they take?
