Wedding group portrait, 1910s/20s?

A lovely shot, which this scan doesn't really do justice to. I estimate the date to be early 1920s, possibly 1910s, and would welcome any opinions on that. Also, what is the military uniform of the groom?

The original measures pretty much exactly the size of an A4 sheet - c. 12" x 8.5".

To the bottom right there is a very indistinct pencil signature, and then the location "Norwood" (south London).

Have just rediscovered this one, and have no idea where I got it from!
