Power experts survey St. Thomas, Sept. 24

Before power restoration work begins, Western Area Power Administration experts joined U.S. Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority on a line patrol, Sept. 24, to see the extent of damage from Hurricanes Maria and Irma. The eight-member advance team is the first off-island emergency energy restoration support.
