Yad Vashem - The Valley of Communities

If you are in Israel, it is also a must have to go to Yad Vashem. It's the memorial for the Holocaust in Israel. For people who have seen this the first time and don't know what to expect, it is really hard stuff.

One monument, where I was personally very touched, was the The Valley of Communities, that illustrate where in Europe Jews once lived.

Over 5000 names of communities are engraved on the 107 stone walls in the Valley of the Communities, a total of over 100,000 Hebrew and Latin letters.
