Pizza al formaggio
Nope, that's not what you usually call a 'pizza'. ;)
This is another regional food (from Marche, where my grandfather was originally from) that is quite typical of Easter time: a savoury pie made with an insane amount of cheese.
I can only take it in very small amounts, but my father loves it, so I decided to bake one as an Easter present to my parents.
According to everybody, it turned out really good. :)
