2012.01.15 - No Bake Energy Bars

Found this recipe on Pinterest!

 

1/2 cup Peanut Butter

1/3 cup Honey

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup oats

1 cup coconut flakes

1/2 cup ground Flaxseed

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

 

Mix all ingredients then spread in an 8x8 square pan. Freeze for about 1/2 an hour then cut into bars. Store in an airtight container with wax paper separating the layers. I like to keep them in the freezer. At room temperature they get a little gooey.
