An old red K6 telephone box in Etton, East Yorkshire. Not many places still retain their old red boxes, designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of King George V in 1935, but luckily many of the pretty wolds villages still have them, and many of these slowly diminishing British symbols have been given listed status.
