This action was just what we needed to get some clothes fixed! Enter exhibit A: Phil's jeans with a massive tear on the crotch seam (not a good look). They've been waiting to be mended for months. We very rarely get new clothes, which means we need to take care of the ones we have to make them last longer. It only takes a little time to give your clothes this TLC and give them that extra lease of life.
If you feel that your clothes are really past wearing - take them to a charity shop. Someone else might take a liking to them, and in return you may find something you like there and contribute further to the charity. You'd be surprised how often beautiful, barely worn, formerly expensive clothes end up in charity shops. One man's trash is another man's treasure!
