Streaking high and low

Dusk in Chesler Park with the clouds lit up from the setting sun. The sky to the west (left in the picture) was also lit up brightly (as seen in the first comment box) illuminating the rocks. The stripes in the spires of Cedar Mesa Sandstone are the result of alternating deposits of windblown and riverine sediments. Three Chesler Park campsites are situated in the small groups of piñons and junipers at the base of the rocks. (#1) (two shot stitch)
