Surveying Police Surveyors 1971-73
This set contains one image of police taking notes on a demonstrator leaving a protest near the White House in Washington, DC sometime in 1973.

The officers (probably Executive Protective Service) are set up on East Executive Avenue just south of Pennsylvania Avenue. The building in the background is the Treasury Department annex.

Washington, DC residents will note automobile traffic on both East Executive Avenue (closed in 1983) and Pennsylvania Ave. (closed in 1995).
