NYC: 375 Pearl

375 Pearl, also known as the Verizon Building or One Brooklyn Bridge Plaza, was built in 1975 by Rose, Beaton & Rose. The 32-story, 541-foot tall telephone switching building was originally built for the New York Telephone Company. In 2011, it was purchased by Sabey Data Center Properties who renamed it Intergate.Manhattan with the intent of redeveloping the property as a major Manhattan data center and technology building.
