Chicago: Wrigley Field - Left Field Rooftops on Waveland Ave

The "Rooftop by the Firehouse" (1050 W Waveland Ave) was built in 1999, and is located next to the historic Wrigleyville Firestation. Located along the left field foul pole, their website claims "the angle from left field allows for an incredible view of the field and the historic score board." The Rooftop by the Firehouse has "an elevator, bleachers, staffed bar, caterer and 2 large clean restrooms" and opens 30 minutes before game time. It includes food and drinks in the ticket price, and has a maximum capacity of 90 patrons.

Beyond the Ivy (1048 W Waveland Ave) was built in 1996. Beyond the Ivy has two other rooftops also overlooking Wrigley Field (at 1010 and 1038).

Brixen Ivy (1044 West Waveland Ave) was built in 2000. They have a third floor balcony and lounge, as well as bleachers on the fourth floor rooftop. The lounge is located inside the building, and contains a fireplace for guests if the weather becomes inclement. Brixen Ivy opens 30 minutes before game time, and parties end 30 minutes after the final pitch. The facility has a capacity of 125 people, but 100 is the recommended limit.
