can i use "eureka!" again?
matt's parents gave me a copy of moosewood restaurant simple suppers for my birthday and we tried the curried tofu with tomatoes and hoo, boy! that's some easy-to-fix, smells-delicious-on-the-stove, amazing food. i cut the amount of garlic by half, used green peppers instead of red and served it with chana masala and garlic naan (from trader joe's, of course).
the book, no doubt, was recommeded by someone on flickr, but my apologies for not remembering who!
