The World Affairs Council presents 'Great Debates', April 30, 2013

On Tuesday, the World Affairs Council held the first in its Stan and Arlene Ginsburg Family Foundation Great Debates series, 'American Global Military Power: Indispensable and Just, or Overbroad and Overreaching?',
A Symposium about When, Where, How, and Why the United States Should Use Military Force in the World and How We Pay for It, at the Doubletree Hotel Philadelphia. The event featured former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton and former U.S. Congressman Barney Frank.
