Mary Robinson, former President of Ireland and former UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, joined the Council on International Women's Day 2013 to share highlights of her path to prominence, as well as her vision for the world, about which she writes in her memoir, 'Everybody Matters: My Life Giving Voice'.
