Travel with the World Affairs Council: Greece and Turkey, September 10-20, 2010

Council travelers boarded the new, deluxe 230-guest M.S. Le Boreal in Athens and sailed in the wake of Agamemnon, Achilles and Odysseus across the "wine-dark" waters of Homer's Aegean Sea. They also visited delightful Greek Islands including Santorini, Rhodes and Patmos, and in Turkey marveled at legendary Troy and walked the 2,000-year-old streets of Ephesus before disembarking in Istanbul. Accompanied by expert guides, our travelers enjoyed lectures and a "meet the people" seminar. Several participated in an optional extension to Cappadocia and Delphi.
