    Just stumbled upon your flickr (and website).
    I am *drooling*. Recently went back to
    being a vegetarian in late 2007 and
    have flirted with vegan here and there
    having a hard time giving up cheese
    completely. Your food looks so amazing,
    and I'm tempted to try out so many recepies.

    I found cheese to be far more difficult to give up than meat. I found a couple of cheese sauces (including the one I used to stuff these, really good grilled cheese sammiches btw) helped a lot. Also, if you have access to Daiya vegan cheese, try it out. It's the only vegan cheese that I find to be edible and it melts really well.
