Great portrait. And what a good flickr icon it would be for him.

This would be a pretty good submission to the latest Lightleaks call for entries: www.lightleaks.org/submissions.html

geez, I thought that if you were calling it "K"rappy that you would just go all out and use the "K" for Cub too! Maybe you guys need to rethink this whole thing over. I'll help you brainstorm at the next meeting, so don't worry! ;]

      e50e,
Maybe you can move the other folks to change the name. Gosh knows I tried. Hey, I don't look bad for a Krappy Guy.... I think my boyish good looks are enhanced by black and white. Plus, my teeth almost look white here. Nice shot, Voxman.

I also really like the person with the bright wedding ring in the background. It adds some excitement, makes you wonder what everyone's looking at.

I think Big G's should use it in an ad!

Diamonds are forever...But Holga is for today... Why not trust your memories to a $22.00 toy camera? You'll be glad you did. Stop screwing around with expensive digital toys and make a bee line for Big George's and one of these. Your precious moments don't have to look expensive.

      Crappy plastic camera? $20

Expired TXP from the bargain bin? $2.50

Packet of D76 and some fixer? $10

Hours of fun making blurry photos with lightleaks and vignetting? Priceless.

There are some photos in life that Walmart can do, for everything that matters there's Big George's.

      Hey Vox,
My buddy icon is just boring me bad. Would you consent to letting me use this one for for a while? I'll give you a dollar.

    14. Voxphoto 90 months ago | reply

Go crazy, Mike! And put that dollar into the Krappy gallery show fund...

Nice work with the flipped lens.

Excellent portrait. The second person in a similar pose but defocused really makes it a standout photo moment. What is a flipped lens?

    20. Voxphoto 47 months ago | reply

Flipping the lens works with a lot of simple cameras—just giving more exaggerated blur in the corners. Here's how it happens with a Brownie Hawkeye.
