WERE ENGAGED

    Newer Older

Made from prints of our left ring fingers. Shamelessly ripped off of Jason Munn's fantastic poster for a Mates of State gig.

This is lovely, Mr. Permenter. Congratulations!

@shaneblog Pretty sure it's meant to be read after the names. As in "[They] were engaged on...."

I love the idea--I am sad about your lack of punctuation...seriously, punctuation saves relationships!

      'WERE' makes perfect since....you wouldn't say "{names} we're engaged on {date}"

Such a cute idea for an invite or save the date. If you want more help planning a wedding www.myweddingbagonline.com is an awesome site.

"Anna & Jason were engaged on 27 November..." is absolutely correct. Stop over-correcting, it doesn't read the way you think it does.

      RIP your brain.
It's meant to read: [Anna] and [Jason] were engaged [...].
