Three car VLocity unit 39 (3VL49) leads three car VLocity unit 43 (3VL43) out of Rockbank with the 1600 Southern Cross to Maryborough service. Upon arrival at Ballarat 3VL49 would of detached from 3VL43 and proceeded further on to Maryborough whilst 3VL43 would return to Southern Cross with another service
