Classicism Meets Modernism

As most Swedish people will probably realize, this was shot at Hötorget ("Haymarket") in Stockholm. Representing classicism, we have Konserthuset ("Stockholm Concert Hall") designed by Ivar Tengbom and built in 1926, as well as Orfeusgruppen ("Orfeus"), the fountain sculpture by Carl Milles, placed in 1936. It is actually somewhat of a tribute to a classical composer, namely Beethoven. Representing modernism, we have Hötorgsskraporna ("The Hötorget Buildings"), consisting of five separate buildings completed between 1955 and 1966. Each house was designed by a different architect.
