WAIT why did this get thousands of views

    3. baby.walrus 37 months ago | reply

wow people really seemed to like this photo! i'm assuming you've submitted it to a stock photo company?

    4. visual.dichotomy 37 months ago | reply

I did, and it was rejected because of the shadow (!). So I released it under Creative Commons and now it's been used on at least eight different websites and I think at one point was on the cover of a newspaper in France, so whatever, that's cool.

It got thousands of views because there's a large demand for CC-licensed stock photos of things that most people don't own – like professional vocal microphones. That reminds me, I should take some studio shots of my radio microphone…

I'm interested in this shot for a brochure cover for an innovative tax and law firm in Italy. I'm about to use this picture (with link and credit) observing the Creative Commons conditions. Do you agree?
If yes, in order to use the photo for print purposes the photo has to be in high resolution. is it possible?
if you need to contact me by e-mail: r.lecchi@libero.it
      Thank you!
