The Thames between Putney and Hammersmith bridges is a little nondescript. The river is quite wide at this point and the only building of any interest is the Harrods Furniture Depository. Built in 1894 it was used to store larger items for the Harrods Store in Knightsbridge. In 2000 it was converted into luxury apartments.
