Remarkably TINY Blossom

Please read the note at the bottom of this description.

This little blossom could be hidden behind a US nickel. Smaller than a bottlecap. Lovely, but so small.

Nikon D300. 1/250th @ f/22. 105mm macro lens. ISO L1 ( ISO 100 ). EV = -1/3. WB = flash. Manual Mode. Three flash heads. Photographed in studio on May 18, 2010.

I need to mention this. In the last week I discovered two Flickr members who have BLOCKED me solely because I left faves on their photos. In reading their profiles after the fact, I found mention of the fact that faving without commenting can be considered 'trolling for photographs', whatever that means.

Consequently, I'm going to rely on my written comments and my personal award graphics to indicate my enjoyment of photos. I'll no longer be using 'faves'. Who would have ever thought that marking a photo as a favorite would be considered a bad thing. )o;
