Nikon F3 HP w/ AF Nikkor 85mm 1:1.8D and Fujifilm Neopan Acros (Kodak Xtol 1:0, Ilford rapid fixer). f/2.8, 1/2000s. Plustek 8100 and Silverfast SE Plus 8.2 @ 3600 dpi. Retouched and cropped.
One of those expired rolls that I got from a friend a while back. They expired in December 2014, but Acros has hold up very well. Despite that it's always in a state of being curled up, regardless how long you hang it to dry (~60 min in 38 C with fan) and how long you press it (~2½ days under a couple of dictionaries). (Film flatness is more important for 120 film when it comes to scanning) Regarding grain and sharpness I can't see any difference between fresh Acros and this. It might leave Xtol slightly green.
I haven't shot with this model since spring 2014, partly because she emigrated. She drunk(?) texted me from a party, a few days prior, that she was in town and wanted a shoot. The wonders of Instagram.
The idea of the shoot was that she was supposed to be the women of our dreams and she is awaiting a kiss in this particular photo.
