Nikon F3 HP w/ AF Nikkor 50mm 1:1.8D and Kodak Tri-X 400 @ EI 1600 (Kodak D76 1:1, Ilford rapid fixer). f/4, 1/250s. Plustek Opticfilm 8100 and Silverfast SE Plus 8.2 @ 3600 dpi. Retouched and cropped.
Another shot taken on an exceptionally cloudy winter day. It's hard to be disappointed with Tri-X, even when pushed. It's without doubt my favorite portrait film.
Doing head-and-shoulders portraits with a nifty-fifty isn't my usual cup of tea, but it turned out to be a pleasing experience with a different look (because you're closer to the subject!).
