Flowering quince buds & blossoms

I had a really nice surprise yesterday when I found new buds on my flowering quince. They normally bud out by October and bloom in Jan-Feb-Mar. But when I checked last month there were no buds. I think the plants just hunkered down for the extremely cold stretch we had recently and now they're banking on warmer temps. The quince always knows!

Sunday prayers: I'm just finishing an new edition of "90 Minutes in Heaven" by Pastor Don Piper. If you'd like to read about someone who was undeniably dead for a long time, went to heaven, and returned - you'll love this book. He also returned to suffer through a painful recovery which I can relate to and many of you will too. Get the book or google for interviews.
