Learning to Love to Cook - ver. beef
A year and a half ago I made my mind up to learn to love to cook. I ebb and flow with it and planning has been my most serious fail. I've learned that there's something really relaxing about coming home and cooking for myself.
I met a rancher who sells his beef at my local farmer's market. He's fun, and passionate about educating people about beef. He was super enthusiastic about helping me learn to love to cook.
This week is sirloin, "The Middle Steak". I follow the instructions in this post from Dinner with Julie and it's perfect, everytime.
Next, Rancher man will chose some short ribs for me to prepare.
