Working from home
I tripped on the stairs monday night as I walked into my apartment and twisted my left ankle. It's been a little painful but more of an annoyance really. The good news is that I've been able to work from home, so for the last two days I've been sitting in my livingroom with my foot propped up tip-tapping away at my work laptop.
I really wish I could work from home more - I've found myself being extraordinarily productive. In theory I could do my job via telecommuting 100% of the time. The problem is one of corporate culture; I work for a bank and being in the brick-and-mortar office still holds a certain cache...working from home is looked on as 'cheating' for some reason.
