Recipe:

Bottom: 1 baked pie shell

 

Top:

Handful of blueberries

1 cup sliced figs

Agave syrup to drizzle

 

Middle:

1 cup vegan sourcream (Tofutti)

2 cups vegan creamcheese ( Tofutti)

1/4 cup agave syrup

 

Process together and pour into pieshell

Top with fruit and refrigerate.
