Vegan Power Nuggets
Recipe to follow:
Line a baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray or lightly "butter" with Earth Balance Spread. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour 1/2 cup agave and 1/2 cup peanut butter into a sauce pan. Heat and mix completely.
In food processor, add 3/4 cup sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup peanuts, 1/4 cup sesame seeds, pulse until ground. add 2 cup cashews and pulse to a medium grind. If you wish to add 1/4 cup dried fruit or substitute other nuts, that is fine as well. Mix the dry with the wet and then press into the pan. Bake 15 minutes then cool. Cut into nuggets.
