Peach Glazed Scones
Another scone - glaze recipe is from the New Vegan.
Follow the recipe from the Cran-Orange Scone Post and then glaze.
Juice from 1 lime
1 cup agave or corn syrup
2 tsp shortening
3 tsp arrowroot
Cut up the peaches and place in saucepan with syrup and limejuice - heat through and add the arrow root and shortening- bring to a boil and then allow for thickening. Spoon over scones.
