Cuban Black Beans, Cilantro Lime Rice, and Cuban Sweet Potato Salad

Black beans soaked overnight and cooked with bay leaves, cumin, roasted red pepper, and sea salt. Long grain brown rice, soaked overnight and boil, then tossed with lime zest, sea salt and cilantro. Sweet potatoes roasted and toasted with crushed cilantro, garlic, and lime juice.
