Rose, Assistant Secretary of State – Bureau of Arms Control, Verification and Compliance (AVC), held an afternoon lecture at the European Space Policy Institute (ESPI) here in Vienna. He highlighted the important role of diplomacy in maintaining the long-term sustainability and security of outer space environment.
